Assamese Pork Recipe

Necessary Ingredients  

  • Pork Meat – ½ KG [Cutting size: medium]
  • Potato – 2 Pieces [Large size, depending upon people]
  • Tomato – 2 Pieces
  • Water – 2 cups [Cup size: medium]
  • Salt – 1/2 spun [Depending upon taste]
  • Mustard oil – 5 to 10 spun
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic & Ginger

Assamese Pork Curry Recipe – Before Cooking

1. At very first boil the pork meats and chopped potatoes for fifteen to twenty minutes in a saucepan. [Boiling will make it softer].

2. Next, after boiling put off the meats and potatoes from the pan and leave it for 20 minutes to come in the room temperature.

3. Now in the third step mashed the Garlic and Ginger and make a very soft mixture. [This garlic-ginger paste will work as natural spice]

4. Chop the onion into small pieces.

5. Boil the water [2 cups].

Cooking Process

1. Put the Mustard oil in the saucepan and let it be hot for 3 to 4 minutes.

2. Then add the chopped onion and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes again.

3. Now after, the onion became brownie, add some salt, turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste to it, you also can add some coated Iliahi for better smelling.

4. Next, the time comes for adding the boiled pork meat and potatoes to it. Just keep frying it for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. With the Frying it for 15 to 20 minutes time, add the chopped tomatoes with it in between 10 minutes.

5. Now your recipe is ready for adding the boiled water, add it and cook it for 15 minutes again [Remember to keep the fire in shim mood].

6. After these six simple steps, your recipe is fully prepared to serve your family and friends.
