Cooking Process [step by step]

1. In the cooking process of this beautiful recipe, first, you need to add mustard oil in a saucepan and leave it for 4 minutes time to become hot.

2. Then add the chopped onions and keep frying until it becomes brown.

3. In the 3rd step, after onions become brown and smell good, you add the garlic, ginger, pepper paste, and pungent leaf to it and again keep frying it for 3 to 4 minutes continuously.

[Tip: – As much as you will shake the frying ingredients, it will become more tastier, so always remember to do that]

4. Now your onion mixture is ready to make love with chicken pieces. So, add the chickens and cook it for 5 minutes.

5. After that add the boil potatoes, chopped tomatoes and turmeric, salt with the recipe and keep shaking the mixture for 5 minutes again.

6. Now, pour the 2 cups boil water and leave it to be prepared itself for 10 to 15 minutes [remember to roll the mixture once after once a while].

After you have done the 15 minutes, put off the recipe from the stove because now it is ready to serve.

Conclusion

I hope you will try it soon. This is one of my favorite Assamese chicken recipes, so I thought to share with you.

Now you try and let me know how it tastes.
